Landlord Fee Schedule

This page sets out the current landlord fee structure provided by Henry Blake Properties Ltd. All fees are subject to VAT unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tenant Find Only

One-off fee of 50% of the first month's rent plus VAT, subject to a minimum charge of £600 plus VAT.

Minimum charge inclusive of VAT: £720.

HMO Management Fees

Charges apply while the tenant remains in situ.

Single Tenancy and/or Family Management Let Fees

Charges apply while the tenant remains in situ.
